What happens at a home visit?

One of our friendly cleaning team will come to visit you at home or in your work place.  We will take a look at the areas that you would like our help with and discuss with you what you would like to achieve.  This gives us the ability to give you an accurate plan and cost for our services. The visit doesn't come with any obligations, and we promise to be completely honest with our quote and what we can achieve in the time frame you are happy with.  We believe in honesty and reliability.

What products do you use?

We strive to use as many eco-friendly products as possible, but we know that it isn't always possible to completely eliminate plastics and products that we are all trying to use less of. To offset this, we are pledging to plant a tree for every clean we do through the more:trees project. We use reusable and refillable spray bottles for our surface and glass cleaners as well as washable cloths, mops and brushes. We use a clean set of cloths for every premises to avoid any cross contamination. The cleaning products that we use are safe, not tested on animals and contain natural ingredients and scents.  If you have a preference in cleaning products or would like us to use your own, we can arrange this for you. It is your home and it is important that you are 100% happy with the service we provide. How much does cleaning cost?

Because we tailor our cleaning services to suit the client there is no one size fits all plan. The price of you clean will depend on the size of your home or office, the type of cleaning that you require and the hours that it will take. As an example, somebody with a 2 bedroom flat would expect to pay less than someone in a 5 bedroom house. When we provide your cleaning quote we will tell you exactly what we can achieve in that time frame. We also offer timed cleaning sessions where you pay for the booked time and we get everything done that we can in the time frame.

Do I need to be home when my cleaner comes?

No, We are happy to do our work while you are out doing yours or while you are at home. Our cleaners are all DBS and reference checked as well as fully insured. This means we have complete confidence that your home or work place will be in safe hands. We use a coding system for the keys that we hold for clients, so if one did get lost then there is no way that the premises it belongs to could be identified. All keys are stored securl when not in use.

What are regular cleans?

We offer regular weekly, by-weekly or monthly cleans, as well as deep/spring/special occasion cleans. Regular cleans include (but are not limited to): Dusting Wiping surfaces Sweeping Vacuuming Dishes Cleaning bathrooms and toilets Moping   We understand that on some of our visits you might not want us to clean certain rooms or to concentrate all of our efforts on just one area. (Childrens playrooms are a popular choice) We are happy to accommodate these requests and we will leave you with one of our forms after each visit. What are deep cleans?

Our deep cleaning services are a top to toe blitz of your entire home or certain area such as the kitchen. These cleans take longer than a regular clean and are usualy preformed by more than one cleaner. Deep cleans are popular as a first clean or as a  treat on top of regular cleaning, or before and after special occasions such as parties. Deep cleaning services include everything that a regular clean provides as well as: Cleaning skirting and doors Steam cleaning bathrooms and kitchens Cleaning inside cupboards Cleaning the refrigerator  Cleaning inside windows   We will discuss all aspects of the service with you beforehand to make sure that you get exactly what you need and have realistic expectations of what we can achieve in the time frame. Question 7

Who will be cleaning my home or office?

We do our best to send the same cleaner each time for regular cleans, but this isn't always possible. Sometimes we work in pairs to reduce the amount of time taken at each job or if the client requires a job that is best carried out by 2 people (such as turning a heavy matress). As well as checking references from all of our cleaners we also supervise the first few cleans cleans that they carry out to ensure that our clients are getting the very best service.

How can I pay for my clean?

We will send you an invoice after your cleaning is carried out. This will be Via email or a paper copy if you prefer. We accept payment by BACS or direct debit for all of our services.

Question 9

What do you need from me?

Accepted Answer

We bring all of our cleaning tools and eco-friendly cleaning products with us but we will need access to hot water and electricity to be best able to clean your home. Ensuring the areas we need access to are free from clutter such as childrens toys, means we can concentrate more time on cleaning and less time on tidying. We are of course happy to tidy as we go if this is what you prefer.
